Diplomë "Master i Shkencave": Business Management and Digital Transformation

The second-cycle study programme, Master of Science in Business Management and Digital Transformation, is a contemporary programme designed to prepare professionals and managers capable of leading digital transformation processes in both public and private organizations. The programme integrates advanced knowledge of business management with competencies in digital technologies, innovation, data analytics, and organizational transformation, aiming to enhance organizational efficiency, optimize business processes, and create sustainable competitive advantages.

The programme aims to develop professionals with strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills who are capable of designing and implementing digital transformation strategies across a wide range of organizations, including private enterprises, non-profit organizations, financial institutions, central and local government institutions, as well as other organizations operating in an increasingly digitalized economic environment.
