The digital library is a service dedicated to the students and academic staff of Barleti University. On the platform dedicated to this library, it is possible to categorize book titles, monitor physical books (requests, withdrawals, submission deadlines, delays, loss or damage), provide digital resources (digital library, magazines or digital books), information regarding the library and orientations on international libraries. The platform is fully automatic and library staff easily checks and managesthe whole process via email.

In addition to open access digital libraries, Barleti University Library has for years a cooperation agreement with the EconBiz digital library, a library that provides guidance and assistance in searching for articles, works and digital books as well as full and licensed internet access for materials. In addition to literature in foreign languages, in this academic search engine there is also literature in Albanian language. Another digital library thatBarleti University has entered into a cooperation agreement is Research4life, a library that has provided researchers from 10,500 institutions around the world with journals, major books in the fields of health, agriculture, environment, applied sciences and law.

This library is part of five programs in which the reader can access this kind of information: Hinari (Research for Health Sciences), AGORA (Access to Global Online Agricultural Research), OARE (Online Access to Environmental Research), ARDI (Access to Research for Development and Innovation), GOALI (Global Justice Research). In addition, in the JSTOR digital library, which provides access to more than 12 million academic journal articles, books and major resources in 75 disciplines. Currently, our university has a subscription with the library account, through which, academic staff, students can access, it is possible to read online, and save the materials needed directly from their platform.
