The Office of Recruitment, Admission and Registration is the administrative unit which plans, manages and coordinates the process of recruitment, application, admission and registration of new students, in accordance with the requirements of applicable law and institutional guidelines.
The Office of Recruitment, Admission and Registration is responsible for the following tasks:
Plans and conducts its activities, in accordance with the instructions and guidelines of the Deputy Rector for Student Affairs and Community and the Delegated Administrator, reporting periodically to them or whenever necessary.
Creates an updated database with contacts of high schools, associates and ambassadors of the institution and regularly keeps in touch with them.
Conducts studies / analysis / surveys related to trends and requirements of graduates for ongoing studies, compiles reports with identified findings and submits them to the Deputy Rector for Student Affairs, Community, and the Delegated Administrator.
Collaborates with the Marketing Office and Department Coordinators to design the necessary promotional materials and coordinates the promotion and recruitment process.
Orients / trains the staff in charge of tasks in the recruitment and promotion process related to the institutional process and approach, in order to promote and present the institution as dignified as possible.
Orients / trains staff in charge of the registration and admission process regarding the institutional approach, applicable legislation and institutional rules, and documentation required for this process.
In cooperation with the staff in charge of tasks, it organizes, manages and supervises the process of receiving and informing, applying, admitting and registering new students in this process.
Organizes, coordinates and cooperates with the coordinators of the departments the transfer process of new students and forwards to the secretary the relevant documentation in accordance with the instructions of the ministry responsible for education and the transfer regulation of UniBa.
Coordinates the process of scholarship applications, their evaluation and documentation.
Organizes the process of concluding contracts with enrolled students, based on the instructions and decisions of the Board of Administration.
Compiles and updates the database for all students enrolling for the first time, for those who transfer, for those who leave and for students who have received scholarships.
Compiles comparative analysis and identifies potential factors and actors influencing this data.
Drafts reasoned proposals to improve the application, admissions and registration process.
