Board of Trustees - Barleti University

The Board of Trustees is a superior advisory body, which orients the overall policies of the organization and development of UniBa, balancing the day-to-day policy with the strategic planning, enabling the institution to formulate and carry out its mission in such a way that be aligned with the interests of the community and UniBa itself.

The Board of Trustees selects and proposes, up to twice, the candidacies for Rector to the Assembly of Partners, which sets the appointment of the Rector.

The Board consists of at least 5 members. Board members have a three-year term with the right of renewal. Board members are famous personalities with experience, reputation and contribution in administrative, economic, socio-cultural issues and in the field of higher education and science.

The functioning and other duties of the Board of Trustees are regulated by internal normative acts.
