Diplomë "Master Profesional": Tourism Management, Hospitality and Recreation

Professional Master Program in Tourism Management, Hospitality and Recreational Activities, with three profiles:
1. Tourism and Travel;
2. Hospitality and Hotelier, Restaurant, Catering (HoReCa);
3. Leisure activities and outdoor activities. This is a need of postgraduate qualification of experts and professionals who have completed a study cycle in the field of tourism or related disciplines, and they ask to narrow the field of management in one of the profiles offered in this program.

The program aims to train professionals in the management of tourism, hospitality and recreation, as basic elements of the tourism industry, which is already considered one of the largest and most dynamic industries worldwide, a trend followed even in Albania.

The program lasts 1 year (two semesters) and at the end of the studies, the student obtains the title of Professional Master in Tourism Management, Hospitality and Leisure Activities in the selected profile: Tourism and Travel Management / Hospitality and Hotel Management, Restaurant, Catering / Management in Recreation and Outdoor.

The program’s mission is to deepenknowledge in the preparation of future managers of the tourism industry, enabling their employment or self-employment in one of the sectors that generates the highest number of employees worldwide, but also in our country.

The philosophy on which this study program is based is closely related to the practical and applied character, where students are trained in the field of management by conducting teaching internships at state institutions and businesses operating in the tourism industry.

Through collaboration with strategic partners, this program will not only support the internationalization of the curriculum, but will also cultivate collaboration and knowledge sharing with universities, companies and social institutions.It will enable students to enter and engage in a variety of fields worldwide, with the aim of simplifying their internship, gaining experience and facilitating employment at home or abroad.

The program will emphasize the high relationship between students and experienced professionals and expertise, and will promote analytical and practical skills, which will give graduates the opportunity to discover and use the information to increase their creative and leadership capacity.
